On December 20, 2024, in the Sala dos Atos of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, a Collaboration Protocol was signed between the National Federation for Conflict Mediation and Grupo Autónoma, the founding entity of the Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, marking a significant step in the promotion of mediation as an essential tool for conflict resolution. This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two entities, with the aim of implementing joint initiatives that value practices of dialogue, prevention and peaceful resolution of disputes, contributing to the construction of a more just and harmonious society.
